Last updated 12 September 2026

There are no accounts and no sign-up. The game asks for nothing about you, and almost everything it knows stays on your own phone. This page says exactly what happens, in plain words.

Who we are

DON'T MOVE is run by Peerware Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. For anything on this page, write to admin@peerware.site.

What stays on your phone

The game keeps a few things in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data deletes them:

What gets sent to other players

When you play with other people, your phones talk to each other directly over WebRTC. While a round is running, the phone being held sends its tilt and touch state to the others so they can watch it live, and any name you type is shown to that room. None of this passes through us, and none of it is stored anywhere after the game ends.

To let two phones find each other in the first place, the game uses the free public PeerJS signalling service. That service sees the connection details needed to introduce your devices, including your IP address. It is operated by a third party under its own terms, and it never receives game content.

Payments

Extra stake packs are sold through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and your email address to send a receipt. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is the payment processor and handles that information under its own privacy policy. We receive only the fact that a purchase happened.

Analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel and may use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It records aggregate things like which page was opened and roughly where in the world from, never who you are.

Cookies

The game sets no cookies at all. It uses local storage for the settings listed above, which exist only to make the game work the way you left it. There is nothing here that tracks you across other websites and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Children

The game is not aimed at children under 13. One optional stake pack is written for adults and is marked 18+ before you buy it and again before it is used.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In practice we hold almost nothing: purchase records sit with Stripe, and everything else is on your own phone, where you can delete it yourself by clearing site data. Write to admin@peerware.site and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
